are shipped via UPS or U.S. Mail. Most orders are shipped
within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Customers (non-Canadian)

packages may be subject to the customs fees, import duties

Refunds & Returns
Please
call 877-964-2747 or email info@yogasite.com
for
a Return Authorization.
We
will gladly accept returns and will provide a full refund
(less shipping and handling) for all yoga mats, props
and clothing as long as the items are returned
within 30 days of purchase in new condition (as determined
by us). There is a 15% re-stocking fee for items purchased
at quantity discount prices.
Videos,
DVDs, CDs and neti pots are not refundable
if opened. Posters and books are not returnable.
