This Double CD Set contains the complete First Series of Ashtanga Yoga led by David Swenson in the traditional flowing rhythm inherent to the practice. Ashtanga Yoga is best learned under the guidance and supervision of a qualified instructor. This CD may then be utilized as an aid to Personal Practice rather than the sole tool of learning the sequence. Due to the length of the First Series it was necessary to put it onto two CD's. CD#1 contains a Short Preparation, the Sun Salutations, the Standing Sequence and the Seated Sequence. CD#2 contains the Finishing Sequence, a Guided Deep Relaxation and a Bamboo Flute Meditation.
